WELCOME to the new Brewster Place neighborhood…

Brewster Place, a neighborhood of 21 homes clustered around a central green, is proposed to occupy the area you see in front of you, including both the field and the forested area to the south. Beyond the developed area, to the west, an additional 20 acres +/- of forested land will be set aside as open land in perpetuity. Also, across Route 108, 22 more acres of fields and woods will remain open, acting as common land and giving access to the Brewster River. (Phase 1 of the proposed neighborhood (7 lots) has all necessary permits; Phases 2 and 3 are currently under Act 250 review. (8/14/06).

Brewster Place is situated just a few minutes from the slopes of Smuggler’s Notch. There is access to the Jeffersonville/Smuggler’s Notch recreation path. From here, excellent roads can take you easily and quickly to St. Albans, Essex, Johnson, Burlington, and beyond. In summer, Stowe is just a few minutes away over the Notch.

If you are looking for a quiet rural neighborhood, with access to the finest recreational opportunities Vermont has to offer, this may be the place you’ve been looking for!
